Our team: our reputation
The Agrocentre team consists of about a hundred full-time employees, fifty of which are advisors who share the territory. The members of this team are agronomists and agricultural technicians who work in close collaboration in order to better serve the producers of their regions. Each individual has a field of specialization. Together, they exchange their knowledge to enable Agrocentre to be the best in the field.
Our reputation is based on solid agricultural training, a desire for improvement and adequate continuing education. This continued training is at the heart of our preoccupation enabling us to master new technologies, new products and acquire individual and collective know-how.
Integrity, respect for others, professionalism and rigour are our individual values which we put into practice every day with our colleagues, our suppliers and the agricultural producers.
Mission
Like any good leader, Agrocentre has developed a common mission to excel in its fields of expertise. All employees working in the Agrocentre network share the same business philosophy:
Agrocentre is THE partner of the Québec agricultural producers involved in crop production. We participate in their business growth and their outlook by providing practical and profitable solutions to meet their objectives and their ambitions.
Over the years, Agrocentre chose to make more room for seed trade, crop protection, while specializing in bulk storage of herbicides, and precision agriculture. However the main foundation of the company remains : to mix and deliver fertilizers to producers when they need it and where they need it.
