Agrocentre is a network of dealers who specialize in the sale of agricultural inputs (supplies) specifically for crop production. The advisors who work for Agrocentre are specialists in various productions depending upon the agricultural regions. Agrocentre possesses a vast experience which we call "all terrain".

The Agrocentre team has a diversity of agronomic know-how. Market vegetables, field crops, potatoes and small fruits, etc. are the areas we have mastered and for which we never cease aiming to improve our knowledge.

Agrocentre is not just a dealer network whose primary role is the sale of products. We are above all a business dedicated to agronomic service. The desire to offer professional services to our customers is reflected in the quality of our advice and the speed with which we act. The Agrocentre advisors work with the knowledge that results count and that our agricultural producers count on us for their agronomic follow-up.

History

The businesses that function under the brand name Agrocentre have existed for the last twenty years. The origin of the Agrocentre dealerships goes back to 1969. At that time, the business was under the banner of Canadian Industries Limited (C I L) whose co-owners were often private businessmen. In 1989, C I L decided to sell its shares to the Québec Federated Cooperative, also a qualified agricultural supplier of goods and services. It was during the l980’s that the Agrocentre brand name was registered as we know it today. This transition explains why Agrocentre rests on a solid agricultural footing ensuring the efficient transfer of knowledge over the last decades.
