Over the Years

1969: The Agrocentre branches date back to 1969. At that time, the banner was called C-I-L (Canadian Industries Limited) and its co-owners were often private partners.

1989: C-I-L decided to sell its shares, which were purchased by La Coop fédérée, then called Coopérative fédérée de Québec.

The Agrocentre name was subsequently registered as the banner we know today. Given how far it has come, the Agrocentre network’s expertise was built on solid agricultural foundations, with very efficient knowledge transfer over the decades.

2013: The Agrocentre network is made up of six dynamic SMEs managed onsite by entrepreneurs who are also co-owners.
