MISSION
Our corporate mission is to provide custom solutions to crop production businesses to optimize their performance.

We do so by advising and distributing inputs required to crop production businesses, and by getting involved in the transportation and marketing of grain produced by our clients.

"Our outlets in Sainte-Martine and in Saint-Rémi enable us to effectively serve clients in Montérégie-Ouest. The distribution of vegetable seeds is managed in Saint-Rémi."

In 1993, Jean-Luc Yelle partnered with Mr. O’Donoughue and took charge of the administration of Fertibec until the 2001 merger of Agrocentre Saint-Rémi and Fertibec to create Agrocentre Fertibec as we know it today.

In 2003, Richard Adam joined the board to take over from Mr. O’Donoughue and pursue the development of the company with Mr. Yelle .

In December 2007, the vegetable seed distribution activities of Semences BC were integrated into those of Agrocentre Fertibec under the name of Seminova (www.seminova.ca).

In 2014, Jean-Luc Yelle sold a portion of his shares to Christian Blanchard and César Chlela, both agronomists employed by the company. They completed the acquisition of Mr. Yelle's remaining shares upon his departure from Agrocentre in 2018.
